          Kerala: Government enacts a major reshuffle

          Thiruvananthapuram (29.06.2023): The Kerala government has enacted a major reshuffle of IAS officers after the appointment of Chief Secretary and DGP of the state.

          The names of the officers are as follows:

          • Bishwanath Sinha (IAS: 1992: KL) has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Home and Vigilance Departments.
          • Mohammed Hanish APM (IAS: 1996: KL), Principal Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, will hold the full additional charge of Health and Family Welfare (Medical Education) Department including Kerala University of Health Sciences, in addition to the existing additional charges. 
          • Dr Sharmila Mary Joseph (IAS: 1997: KL), Principal Secretary, Local Self Government Department, will hold the full additional charge of Women and Child Development Department, in addition to the existing additional charges.
